This is the law in every town and city in USA... Codes Enforcement Nazis use police state death squads to enforce their tyranny.

The goal is seizure and forfeiture of homes from old folks and poor folk, as shown in those TV informercials (only govt insiders actually get to buy those cheap houses at secret tax sale auctions).

The cure is visiting the lawns of every member of city council and the judiciary with a video camera ans ruler, then putting it on TV and the internet.
