Huh. Seems everyone's building something at Ground Zero except the people who promised to rebuild the towers bigger, better, and stronger.

Meanwhile, the Burj Dubai tower broke ground THREE YEARS AFTER 9/11, and is already finished. And all we have to show for our troubles is a hole in the ground, which apparently the U.S. doesn't know its ass from.

More power to anyone who wants to build anything at Ground Zero, because it's for fucking sure that we aren't going to get shit done about it. America should be ashamed of itself and embarrassed for letting the U.S. become a second-rate power and a rapidly-failing empire.

Wanna put a plaque up that celebrates Al Qaeda's victory over the U.S.? Might as well, since that's essentially what we're doing by not building our towers back. Someone once said that the only thing necessary for evil men to win, is for good men to do nothing. Ground Zero is now an empty homage to Nothing.
