The two most beautifully photographed films in my opinion are Blade Runner and Willow.

As far as best DVD transfer goes? Star Wars Episode III: Revenge of the Sith.

Attack of the Clones is pretty bloody amazing too...I, Robot looks great- it was photographed SO wide that I chose the fullscreen (I only have two flicks that way), and the high bit rate STILL makes it look beautiful!!!!

Technically, Chrisisall

Damn. Beaten to "The Forbidden Planet".

I thought the visuals in "Kiss Me Deadly" were very striking.

I had a lot of movies even have a few on VHS in a box somewhere maybe an attic or a friends house, but never got around to collecting the DVD or Blu-Ray, once the DVD places closed they never really opened up again.

Serenity on BlueRay is hard to beat. Joss used the High Def cinematography to benefit.
