Looking for Serenity graphics for new shirts...

Since the Blue Sun Shirts we are making has been popular, some folks have asked if we could expand the line a little bit- I have found a serenity logo icon out there that would look good on a shirt, (it is chinese charactor in orange circle with "Serenity" superimposed over) but can not seem to find it in hi Res (200 dpi or better) if anyone has it or something similar, please let me know (free shirts for you of course) I will also make up some patches of this also.....

Every time I wear my Blue Sun T-shirt, somebody asks me where I got it! I think you need to do a high-profile marketing blitz on all the major Firefly sites and have some sort of representation at shindigs and conventions. There is a demand.

So we can expect some more Firefly t-shirts in the near future Alex? I know I am in for a couple of each of whatever you produce.

Have you thought of printing up fliers showing what is available and prices? It would make for a great handout at the Con coming up next month in Atlanta. Browncoats.com will have a table there, and I would be happy to hand out fliers if you like.

Jeremy Neish (ruler of fireflymovie.com) has a high-res graphic he used for the movie poster (fireflymovie.com/images/FireflyPoster.jpg). I think this would look smashing on a black shirt. Has this been done before? I've never seen one.

See now, I have been slipping- I was totally unaware of the con in Atlanta! I don't have anything printed up, but I will try to do something and get it to you, also, maybe I can send along to you some samples, and you can just give folks the website info- what do you think?
I found a pretty cool graphic for "Southdown Abbey" kind of a bar shirt that references Serenity- I am in contact with the artist to see if he wants to get it out there. Still looking for that "Serenity" logo though, I can probably reproduce it, just thought it would be simpler if someone already had it and could get it to me- I was thinking of making a "Serenity Crew" type of shirt using it.......

Tethys,
Do you have the round graphic with the Chinese charactor over the orange "sun like" disk with "serenity" superimposed over? I wanted to add to that just a little bit and put "crew" on there, I have been asked to make some patches also, which I would like to do if I can get a hold of that graphic!!!! I can take in any format, although for a full color that needs seperation, photoshop will be best, since the JPGs loose some info each time they are converted- but I can use the JPG if that is what you have.
Your help would be greatly appreciated.....

that very same image I cropped to get the chinese "serenity" script for the wallpaper I posted last week, so yes indeed!!

I'll go ahead and touch it up for ya tommorrow as I work late today, and post it up somewhere for ya

HERE YA GO ALEX!!!

I made 4 different ones, 2 templates with and without the serenity box underneath the sun. If there's any alterations needed, just let me know.
These were set at 600x600 to start and set at high compression, so the files are larger than what I usually make.

You can send me whatever you like Alex. Fliers would be great, even if it is only a couple I can always make copies at work. Any samples would be great for us to display. I will also be wearing my shiny Blue Sun Ts to show off to any interested.

The Serenity Crew idea sounds great.

Thank you for the logos- they are what I am trying to get done for the patches- is it possible to change the font on the "serenity" to the stencil type font?- I have several, but not exactly like the original ("N" is broken on the diagonals)- also, don't need to have any grading in there, just flat color- makes it easy to seperate- can you try to incorporate "crew" somewhere also- either above, below or sherever looks good- see what you think looks best-

you be the judge - I tried a few different ways myself, maybe another set of eyes on that would help- I tried under in the same font, over, curved over, curved under- maybe it won't be good afterall, just though it would be worth a try.......

Also- if Aaron reads this- I tried several times to reply to your AOL e-mail address- kept getting bounced- can you get back to me with a good addrress?? :)
