Really??

With them spending all their time doing BREAKING NEWS from the 90's and 70's, it is surprising they have learned Firefly exists. They likely picked Zoe because they have not yet gotten to the episodes showcasing River, let alone the BDM.

Or maybe they wanted to tie-in with Gina's appearance on Revenge Sunday night.
