Changed my ISP. How do I update here?

Haken,

I changed my internet service provider (no choice there, the old one literally ran off).

Now, I signed into this site with my old e-mail address, and that seemed to work. My computer remembered my password, though I did not (how do you change passwords here, BTW?).

I went to "My Firefly", edited my profile, and updated my e-mail to the new one. But then I was unable to reply to a post!

I changed my profile's e-mail back to the defunked one, and it did allow me to post.

Presumably, though, it will not allow me to recieve notifications or personal messages.

Is there any way I can receive reply notifications to my posts and personal messages on my new e-mail account without giving up the alias of "The Real Me"?

Same thing happened to me when I wanted to change my email address. Still using old one until Haken or someone can tell me how to rub out old one and make new one stick. Maybe the Admin (Haken) has to do it ???
