Hello, newly signed aboard.

I never saw the show when it was on TV, I heard a few whispers in other fandoms, but could never actually find the show. Discovered the DVD's a week or so ago and fell in love.

Is there a newbie thread around somewhere, or any special rules for this board?

Hey you. Glad you could join the fandom. You've missed a lot of fun times so you've got some catching up to do.

I don't know of any rules per se. There is a board FAQ here:

Other than that, the only thing I've noticed is this when you post: "While we have an open policy concerning messages, please be civil when responding to others." Which goes without saying actually.

Welcome, all of you!

I do want to suggest that you take a look at the old threads, even the archived ones. There are quite a lot of things that we have already discussed, and it doesn't hurt to bring one of the old threads back to life with a new viewpoint.

On the other hand, it's okay to post your own.

A personal request: Please give the titles of your posts meaning. It is sometimes frustrating to wade through a bunch of vague titles trying to find the one thread you like, titles such as: "A Question!" or "How about this?" or "What do you think?"

But that might just be me.
