I'm a little late to the party, but a hearty welcome to the newcomers!

I echo everything said so far and about RWED in particular. Being "left leaning" yerself, Nikki, I suppose you'll fit right in with the looney libruls!

I KID!!! I'm a kidder. Really. I was joking. Just to make it clear. I'm really a fun-loving guy.

But like others have said, if you keep things civil, it is resonded to in kind. Kwicko, Chrisisall and others have completely different political views than myself, but we've managed to keep things friendly if only because we have a rollicking good time sharing our views on Firefly and other shared interests. Just because we differ politically is no reason we can't all get along. In RWED, I try to keep things light while trying to get my point across. I only get a mite tetchy on rare occasions, but it's with good reason (at least I think so

).

Anyway . . . welcome aboard!

Aak! Must not post here anymore... but there's flattery... must not post... want to bask....

OK, flattery wins LOL! I actually have been writing a little. As in - one new chapter finished. All summer. Bleh! It's just so hard to focus! I'll keep trying.
