I remember reading that filming for the BDM was to commence in May of this year. That must mean that filming has begun!!

Surely SOMEONE connected to Joss or the cast or crew could post from time to time... especially the milestones such as "Filming Commenced"

I need to be kept in the loop..

altho I have heard some things that indicated that sets were already being built...

Preproduction started in may. Filming is to start early june according to comments from both joss, tim, and nathan

Sorry Calhoun, actual filming does not start until sometime in June. The movie is in production right now.

Not sure Heb. I imagine the BDM will follow the trends of other releases. Does the UK normally get movies released the same time as the US?

As a rule, no. In the cases of things like the Matrix or LotR, yes, but it tends to be very early in the morning or something.
