Hello all. As most of you might know I'm an avid comic book reader and fan. In this months (april) issue of "wizard" it stated that our very own Joss Whedon will be writing a new 12 issue X-Men minny series of 5 different mutants scott summers (cyclops), his 2nd wife emma frost, Logan (wolverine), hank mccoy (beast), and Joss's fave Kitty Pryde (shadow cat). this 12 issue minny series will start to hit the shelves in the june/july area.

Lord knows - I can't keep up with the x-men contispewity at the best of times.

I think actually its an ongoing title, a new X-Men book (just what we need, another one - although it may be replacing one of the others), and Joss is signed on for 12 months. Given his infamous delays on Fray, whether he goes on further probably depends on the status of any TV show (though Kevin Smith has been unable to finish several comics because of movie commitments).

It's all in Grant Morrison's run on New X-Men. It's a long...long...story.

Actually, never mind. I don't even want to know. I really, really like the X-Men, but that just reminded me why I don't read it. [Of course, I WILL be making an exception for Joss :].
