I have a small problem with Amazon. I can't order any more DVDs. After three rounds of emails with their "support" people, I finally got a message that says 'we're not a wholesaler'. They cut me off after 5 copies. Pfft. And I wanted to order one for all of my friends. To Overstock I must now go!

That strikes me as exceedingly odd, as they're basically saying "We do not want to sell this to you". And I NEVER have a problem with Amazon. In point of fact, their customer service far surpasses most other online merchants.

My suspicion? They can't keep it in stock. That seems to be fairly common - Overstock is about to sell out, Amazon has quantity limits, I can't FIND it in retail stores.

All of this bodes well, methinks.

Of course, that shouldn't stop us from snapping up every copy of the DVD that we can find for friends, family, acquaintances, homeless persons, politicians, social elites, etc., etc., etc.

If my heroes never see the big or little screen again, it's not going to be because of my inaction, dammit.
