Well, now you know I wasn't much around on Friday, at least. And then yesterday for most of the day the site wouldn't load for me at all, so I may have missed some stuff.

I really do find it cute that Rappy thinks I believe O'Keefe was behind this.

Funny that he isn't all up in McConnell's ass for claiming that Nixon did it.

Oh. He's all up in McConnell's ass, just for different reasons.

Rappy, you poor ignorant pile of puke, I don't need to know what your definition of IS is, since I never claimed James O'Keefe tried to bug McConnell's meeting. I'm sorry you didn't get the joke, but that's a product of your stupidity. You are quite literally the ONLY PERSON here who didn't get it. Congrats on being uniquely stupid.

That's okay, I was only teasing anyway ;o) ...this thread so long ago lost whatever validity it ever HAD, I'm surprised anyone's going back to it.

Tho' apparently Rap has decided to do another about-face; now he WASN'T kidding in accusing you of somehow "connecting" O'Keefe. I wonder if he ever gets dizzy, spinning around so much? Does he ever run into himself coming back?

The only 'about face' anywhere in this thread is the insanity of Kwickie claiming he didn't implicate O'Keefe. Man, the lengths you children of the Left will go to avoid dealing w/ reality and owning up to being 100% completely wrong.

Rappy obviously can't read, or hasn't bothered to read the post that started this thread:

Quote:

Kwicko wrote:

Of course, there's no evidence anyone "bugged" Yertle's office, but as the teabillies know only too well, conspiracy theories always play better than facts, and you don't need to tell the truth or present evidence when you're talking to your right-wing base.

And that covers the entirety of what I wrote about it.

Rappy wants to argue over what the definition of "IS" is, but he can't face the reality that nowhere in this or any other thread did I claim that James O'Keefe was involved.

I *IMPLIED* that when someone's office is bugged - especially a United States Senator - that in this day and age, and given his past history, it might pop into someone's mind to *WONDER* where O'Keefe was at the time, because he actually does have a history of doing that kind of thing, having been caught red-handed in the act in the past.

I could also ask if Gordon Liddy was in the area that day, and according to Rappy I'd have to then prove that Liddy didn't break into McConnell's meeting room and plant listening devices.

I'm having a blast watching Wilbur - er, I mean Rappy - keep digging, sure he's in on the joke, sure he knows what's going on, and oh so completely, utterly, incredibly wrong.

Wow. There's something almost pathological about what Rappy's doing here. He's so twisted up that I can't even enjoy making fun of him.

If this is a real person posting a real person's honest reactions and arguments, there is something fundamentally wrong with this brain.

Which is why I continue to doubt that he's real. I don't like thinking that someone of the age Rappy claims to be would so openly display his issues. And to be not even be aware of the way he's presenting himself... yikes!

It's downright creepy.

Ah, his patented "I'm right, you're wrong" ploy. It's *almost* as effective as the "I'm rubber, you're glue" gambit used by the average second-grader.

Thanks for confirming your level of maturity, Wilbur.

Yeah, Mal4, it's gotten pretty much way past silly. The ONLY reason I can conceive of for Rap to keep posting about this is that he's toying with those willing to respond. Doesn't cost him anything, just a couple of clicks and a

and voila! He's gotten attention. Why bother?

Everyone got the joke about O'Keefe--even Rap--and the issue boils down to only one thing, in reality:

Rap et al are free to try and tar all "libruls" all they want, but the facts about the two guys who recorded an eavesdropped conversation are:
Quote:

Despite McConnell's attempt to tie the group to the greater "political left," however, Progress Kentucky has few links to the Kentucky Democratic Party, and fewer prominent Democratic supporters still.

According to its first and only Federal Election Commission disclosure, the group raised $1,000 in the month of January, all in small-dollar donations. It raised little more than $6,700 more on its page on Democratic fundraising site ActBlue, with only 187 donors. Read more: http://thehill.com/blogs/ballot-box/senate-races/293501-progress-kentu

It's a non-story story which was amusing for a bit, but few are interested anymore. Maybe that's why Rap keeps promoting it with his insistence that he didn't get the joke, who knows? If so, he's pretty desperate for material. But then we already knew that...hell, he's still squirming in the thread he put up about Biden's charitable giving!

Rap is getting truly desperate for new material with which to knock the left, obviously. Pity him, but why pay him attention?

What Rappy's trying to do - desperately trying, really - is keep anyone from talking about the actual substance of Yertle's speech, and the fact that he, like Mitt Romney, got caught red-handed talking some pretty dirty shit about his opponent and showing his disdain for the voters in general.
