I had specified NYC because it was a large city, and will be a spectacle of Libtard Implosion.
Seattle also elected snowflake Communist for Mayor, but they are smaller and at a different point. Their current Mayor has already been jettisoning employer tax base from their city, with their Headcount Fee, an excessive tax on companies which have the gall to employ citizens. So handing out freebies without tax base should display quicker results.
