He sounds like he was a criminal, he was crazy, he should not have been on the street and California is already a 'Gun Control' State but he ignored those Laws.

and as terrible as this event was it could be a worse place, its also possible 23 people could have been shot in Chicago with life changing injuries maybe even deaths and it won't even make the news.

Shootings of School Children however are extra horrific and will make the news
