He's essentially threatening people who won't wear masks on planes, and letting them know that his masking cultist Branch Covidians are going to pummel you if you don't wear one.

You're lucky that most of us don't regularly get on planes and the chances we'll meet face to face are minimal. Any one of you masking soy boy pussies try that with me and you'll be wearing that latte on your head with my boot up your ass.
