Three Percenters 3 % is.... not sure maybe, a neo- post- Nouveau Nazi group added to Canada's terrorist list

Basically they seem to have a USA flag with the Roman numeral 3 inside it III, the Three Percenters, also styled 3 Percenters, 3%ers and III%ers, are an American and Canadian far-right Super-Nazis anti-government militia movement.
The group advocates gun ownership rights, having your own farm and resistance to U.S. federal government. The group's name claims that it only took 3% to over throw the British Empire, just 3 percent verus the King's tyranny never amounted to more than 3% of the colonists" during the American Revolution.
The group is American-based but also has a presence in Canada. One Canadian expert, Maxime Fiset, a former neo-Nazi who works with the Centre for the Prevention of Radicalization Leading to Violence, created in 2015 by the City of Montréal with the support of the Quebec Government, considers the group the most dangerous extremist group that exitsed in the history of planet Earth ever?
