They call it the Reproductive Health Act.

Allows Murder of viable babies up to the minute of birth.
Apparently also allows for the Murder of babies who survived Abortion attempts. Heard of that detail, haven't seen it printed.

I heard a sound clip, and hadn't noticed something before. This may have been some Northam guy describing the procedure, not sure of the details.

But he clearly, several times, refers to the subject of killing as INFANT, which I had not heard that term used before when they have been describing INFANTICIDE. They normally try to hide these facts, and the clip that I've heard clearly uses the term several times.
So if it is an INFANT, and you are terminating the INFANT, then they are clearly admitting that they are committing INFANTICIDE, correct?

I knew all about Northam in VA. He's running into some "blackface" trouble now from some photographs and possibly videos of him dressed up in a minstrel outfit next to what appears to be a klan member that date back to the 80's. High ranking Democrats are saying that he should resign.

Didn't realize that while all eyes were on him after he had been pushing for a law that would allow post-birth abortions in VA that New York was pushing something through that is equally disgusting. I would have thought that type of stuff is typically pioneered out West.

Ahhh, Retardicans...living up to the name one issue at a time.

I see you didn't bother to post any ACTUAL information, most likely because you didn't bother TO READ any actual information.

First, abortions of all types fall under the purview of medical providers, and 99.999999 percent of them would not perform a last minute abortion for NO reason, so that's a nonissue.

Two, the point and purpose of the whole thing is to keep abortion legal should Ginsburg cease to be able to do her job which is the ONLY reason you are bitching.

Thirdly, it clarifies that abortion is to remain legal in New York for three circumstances:

The abortion occurs before the end of the 24th week of the pregnancy.
The abortion is "necessary to protect the patient's life or health."
There is an absence of "fetal viability," or the ability for the fetus to survive outside the womb.

Even if you don't agree with the first, if you don't agree with the last two, you are a real asshat. The "fetal viability" provision in New York's law is a new addition that's meant to cover instances when a woman learns late in her pregnancy that a fetus isn't viable.

The Reproductive Health Act also takes abortion out of the state's ancient and unenforced criminal code and expands the health-care providers that can perform the procedure in the state, both of which are measures not dealt with in Roe v. Wade.

Which, Trump bitching about ANY OF THIS is just another example of the depths of his depravity, when it is KNOWN he has asked women to have them. And probably paid for a few...
