America's top 4 cleanest beaches are in blue states. It appears that blue states just have more beaches overall. Yay for the blue states!

Here is one of my favourite beaches. A bit cold for a dip at the moment, but always pretty. Squeaky Beach.

I seem to recall a certain bit of nastiness hitting the beaches along the Gulf Coast a few years ago.

How much taxpayer money did those mooching red states take to help with the clean-up?

That's so funny. Considering about 2/3 of the beaches in America are in blue states...AND they're the most populous states in the country...

Wonder how dirty they'd be if all those red states HAD beaches...? Oh, gee, look;

AMERICA'S TOP 5 CLEANEST BEACHES ARE ALL IN "BLUE" STATES, too (and the one in a red state just got cleaned/dredged/etc. because of an oil spill, at taxpayer expense)...hmmmmm...
