Perry is turning more and more into a bad joke. I guess they can keep reaching for a "viable" candidate; they certainly don't have one NOW, in my opinion. Isn't the deadline coming up for Palin (hahahah) and Christie to shit or get off the pot? Won't it be nice when that passes, and we can get on with...oh, yeah, the endless commercials, you're right... Oh, well...

Actually, although I know you're half joking, and much as it shames me and my state to say it... YES. Yes, there are people here who actually DO "hunt" black people. Sometimes when they catch one, they chain him to the back of a pickup truck and drag him down the country roads until he comes apart, littering the roadsides with bits of people.

I know people have "youthful indiscretions", but Rick Perry was in on this deal when he was an adult, and more than a few witnesses recall seeing the sign there well into the 90s, so it's not like he was just some kid who didn't know better, or that's just how folk were back in those quaint days of the 80s and 90s. I was raised in Texas, too, and *I* knew the toxicity of that word well before the 1980s, and I'm not Rick Perry's age.

To me, such a sign and such a name would be a deal-killer on any kind of hunting venture if I were an aspiring politician. Hell, it would be a deal-killer for me, and I'm *NOT* an aspiring politician!
