Given Foxconn's reputation for not paying its workers, occasionally offing them, and patrolling the borders with armed guard with machine guns against barbed wire fences and how the workers sleep at the factory, 100 beds to a room and 200 people to a room, for which they are charged, which then comes out of their paychecks...

It's really good news that they're switching to robots.

That's what a ship is, you know - it's not just a keel and a hull and a deck and sails, that's what a ship needs.

Interesting, I hold a similar sentiment towards the replacement of "idol singers" with software, given the exploitation and abuse the human ones have suffered.
