I always thought that the only rational response to 9/11 was the take out Bin Laden. If the US had concentrated on that, instead of conducting its pointless, murderous wars that were largely non related to the events, then the world would be a different place today.

Will this make the world a more peaceful place I wonder. I've heard that wikileaks have released documents relating to all manner of threats agains the US & allies if Bin Laden is killed. We shall see, I suppose.
