When the Democrats are in the White House it's amazing how little noise the libs make about things like this. The "Patriot Act" is still alive and well, libs can use these to keep track of THEIR enemys.

If the Prez was a Republican the ACLU , MSNBC and other lib groups would be screaming for hearings and scum like Rep. Henry Waxman (D) would love to chair them.
