Just thought we could talk civil, while the cops are out getting their donuts and the other guys are out getting their other torus pastries. 平静

Yes.
I thought that with new bugs come new abuses, and that this has led to another hidden abuse: editing of old posts causing messages out of order, and chaos ensuing. Oh I should relist the current 平静 rules.

YINYANG

You were busy trying to get yourself lit on fire. It happens.

Personally, the weather's a little too cold here for me, coatless that I am (although I really do have plenty of money to buy a coat, now that I think about it). And, we got a light dusting of snow, which is alright; I'd just prefer Mother Nature to go big or go home when it comes to that. Another blizzard around my birthday would be extra-shiny.

It's been extra cold here. More like the old days. I think that in addition to local warming, like NYC, and global warming, 600ppm vs 300, there's something else going on.. gnawing. we had about 20 mild winters in a row, that's not statistically logical, but much more mild than global warming would predict.
