What was the event? I saw lots of display tents along the road, as if there was some sort of arts festival or some such.... might be that folks didn't want politics mixed in w/ the event ?

It was funny to see folks yell " Nazi Germany! " to the McCain/ Palin folks, as if they could have even voiced any discontent if things were anything near what Nazi Germany was like 60 yrs ago.

Idiots.

How about " Clueless in Manhatten " , because those folks jeering and flipping off the polite, quiet supporters for McCain / Palin were the TRUE patriots.
