It's no secret that Russia, China, and other nations are actively seeking to de-dollarize the world

I'm so glad you're the voice of reason these days Sigs.

I agree with everything you say, but I just don't have the energy to do dwell on any of it anymore.

I'm hoping I'm immune since I don't own anything outside of my beat up house these days.

I mean... nobody is immune to anything, but I'd like to think that I bought myself at least a day or two head start when the apocalypse begins.

You and me Sigs, We're Survivors!

Do Right, Be Right. :)

I've filled up my tool shed with the two most important items everyone will need when the apocalypse comes. I've got 1,000 cases of Pop Tarts and 1,000 cases of bottled water saved up so far.

Goodbye, kind world (George Monbiot) - In common with all those generations which have contemplated catastrophe, we appear to be incapable of understanding what confronts us.

Plastic is NOT an oxygen barrier.

OONJERAH - We are too dumb to live and smart enough to wipe ourselves out.
"You, who live in any kind of comfort or convenience, do not know how these people can survive these things, do you? They will endure because there is no immediate escape from endurance. Some will die, the rest must live."

Possibly best for everyone. China gets another source of energy (cleaner than what it's currently using), Russia gets another market for its gas, and Europe moves away from energy dependence on Russia.

It's not personal. It's just war.

While not strictly about de-dollarization, I have to ask "Europe moves away from energy dependence on Russia" ... and onto what?

You're more than welcome to wish for that Chris, but remember that you're at the back of the line. I'm going to throw a MONSTER-6IX-FIT if flying cars and hoverboards don't come standard next year.

My hope? Renewables, fracking and nuclear.
