Been down this road before.

Iran swore in 2007 they weren't trying to develop nuclear weapons, and then built a hidden enrichment site at Qom.

By 2011, they were testing high-precision detonators for nuclear weapons, modifying missile nosecones to fit nuclear bombs, and had more centrifuges enriching uranium to the levels needed for bombs.

They'll do the same thing this time.
