Oh, and a very, VERY common practice, up to and including citations for obstruction and contempt, what happens when the Masquerade fails and the cherry picked jury fed a highly edited and biased narrative to lead them down the garden path doesn't buy it and refuses to be the rubber stamp ?

The only thing unusual about it is that it somehow made waves and the Judge might get a wee little slap on the wrist, and that she didn't slam some recalcitrant juror with contempt or an obstruction charge.
