In a bill (PDF) introduced by Rep. John Culberson (R-TX) on May 28th, language specifying the defunding of ACORN was included. In another bill (PDF), put forward the next day by Rep. John Carter (R-TX), the ban is extended even further.

Only problem is, ACORN hasn't existed since it filed for bankruptcy on November 2, 2010.
