Virginia ABC stores had 10% off all liquor sales over $50.00, and discounts of 10% to 50% on selected booze, although a Johnnie Walker Blue Label 1.75 liter, even marked down from $425 to $229, still seems a bit much.

... oh. I don't think that's the same as the fun convenience store/gift shop that we enjoyed in Kihei, they had a little of everything and they were ... convenient. They probably did have some sort of drinks but I don't recall them specifically.
