You think you know--what's to come, what you are. You haven't even begun.

I presume it was unpasteurized cheese aged less than three months. That's not legal cheese in the US, even though it's pretty safe after fermenting for a few days. Shame, because I'd like to try such cheese someday, it's supposed to be creamy and mild.

What reason had proved best ceased to look absurd to the eye, which shows how idle it is to think anything ridiculous except what is wrong.

I've no idea, they didn't specify - although on that note the Jury in a recent Raw Milk case got kinda pissed off with being kept in the dark, handed distorted, cherry-picked "facts" and considered the interpretation and application of law to be offensive and ridiculous...

I'd have loved to see the look on the face of that cretinous prosecutor when they threw the case out on its ear.
