That's what Karl Rove had to say about a sitting United States Congressman.

What would happen if you or I said something like that about a congressperson? What would happen if we said it about Rove?

Maybe they just aren't bothering. After all, all they have to say is "well, he wasn't serious of course" and then go after you for posting it. I do agree, however, that there's some disconnect between you complaining; I know for me, when some people post stuff like this, I don't respond. There probably aren't many here, even on the right, who have strong positive feelings about Rove...

But then what do I know?
