There is one thing he mentions here - which is for the time being at least a temporary patch.
A proper Last Will and Testament, which is worth having a lawyer write for you, in case any whiny little bitch from your family contests it - and as I learned from my mothers demise, better to have five copies distributed amongst trusted secret keepers, just in case.

Of course, that's not the only thing the keepers will make public should I cap it, but that's another story...

Still, until this country wakes up from it's puritan nightmare, that is an end-run around their asshole violation of the First Amendment by giving legal preference to certain religions only.

If you want me to know what something is you have to tell me with words. Best as I can guess that is something about someone who died and their partner didn't get their inherritance? Since we're talking a lot about that? Well with my Sharingstuff license system that wouldn't be a problem. In my system one can get a Sharingstuff license with anyone, sex acts are irrelevent, one can get said license with one's sibling, best friend, lover, cousin, whomever.
