MSM loses another story-- not PN

saw this the other day over on CNN.com--

the IRS is telling folks to delay on sending in their tax returns. According to them, Congress didn't pass the tax bill until so late, it'll take till mid-Feb.to re-program the computers, so don't send stuff in, they can't process it.

Sounds like ya could f*ck with the Gov't by sending in your return early, with payment, then sic your tax attorney on them for not precessing it; or by demanding your refund quickly, and suing and demanding interest on their delayed payment.

But I went back today to include a link, and the story is *G*O*N*E*, vanished, disappeared, never existed.

So I dunno-- not only is the gubmint extorting your money, and incompetent, and playing " cover our ass" by blaming the Congress, but they also dropped the story into a black hole. I thought the Internet was supposed to be proof against that kind of hacking or censorship.

Disclaimer-- the original story did say that the problem did not apply to everybody, only some people who itemize and aparently folks with student loans.

sadly, NO. just can't pay 'em yet, or early. You'll note I said " delay" up there. So gotta pay 'em between the delayed start date and Apr 15.

What really grinds my gears is the tax ads, the seem to start earlier and earlier, each year.
