Anyone can do this, everyone should do this. It's EASY.

Use the property tax database online to check their home addresses. Stake them out, follow them across town using a videocam mounted in your car, catch them speeding, rolling red lights etc which are criminal misdemeaners subject to 30 days jail. Go to city council to speak at public forum, announce you are making a mass citizens arrest, take them to jail in handcuffs (tyraps).

This should also be done to 100% of police, sheriffs, county commissioners and state legislators.

Here's how to do it:

My understanding is a citizen's arrest only holds up if you're witnessing a felony in progress.

Depends entirely on state law, but California law is really the only law that matters, and soon all of mankind will be bound by California law...Anyway, an arrest for a misdemeanor "public offense" like disorderly conduct is valid under California law if you see it in progress. See California Penal Code section 847. Moreover, an arrest for a felony may be upheld even if you don't see it in progress. Id.

Also note that by "citizen's arrest" we are generally not talking about taking physical custody of someone, which is almost as good an idea as breaking down their door.

Also, I thought I told you to GTFOM.

So, basically do the stuff you bitch about? I thought you didn't believe in street laws?

That's only true for cops, who are never allowed to make an arrest for a misdemeaner unless the cop is an eyewitness. So buglers and shoplifters are only arrested by citizens arrest. Private security guards only make citizens arrests.

Recently some states changed laws allowing cops make arrests for misdemeaners in domestic assault cases when not an eyewitness. So the cops usually arrest the abuser and victim, or just arrest the victim. That's what happens when you worship a Police State.

Anyone can make an arrest for a felony without being an eyewitness, so anyone can arrest Hussein Obama Soetoro, George W Bush, Bill Clinton Blythe Rockefller, George HW Bush, etc.
