Hello,

A cautiously optimistic report indicates the relief wells are proceding ahead of schedule.

This seemingly happy news caused me to wonder something new...

Once they get these new wells dug, is there something *else* that can go wrong? What's our worst case scenario? I have the sneaky suspicion that there's still more that can go wrong.

It was the act of hurrying to close up and get away from that well site and make more profits elsewhere.

At this point, it's costing them money to let that thing keep spouting; I would assume they're being as careful as possible, especially if there IS an underground blowout happening.

One can only hope they do a better job on these than they did on the last one...
