I felt this deserved it's own thread, especially due to the unlikely, but gratifying, coalition of supporters for it.

May 21, 2010 — Rep. Grayson introduces a bill to cut separate funding for the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan, and uses the money to eliminate federal income taxes on every American's first $35,000 of income. Cosponsors of this bill include Ron Paul, Walter Jones, John Conyers, Lynn Woolsey, and Dennis Kucinich.

While not especially fond of that weak kneed pansy Conyers, to see Ron Paul and Dennis Kucinich behind the same idea given their political positions, makes me hopeful that perhaps we *can* end the madness, the same way we're ending it around here, by yanking the lunatics up via the purse strings, since every other method to put a leash on them has failed.

I know I'm down with this, that for sure!
