Ok, I'll give ya that one, both clever and funny in it's own way.

I do find it ironic that amongst hunters of any kind, the term "Dick Cheney" has come to mean any untrustworthy hunter that cannot be reliably expected to practice proper hunting safety.

As a game tracker/spotter, I tended to be even MORE picky about my hunting partners than most, since that particular fashion of hunting means I may well be calling a shot within a few meters of my own position - and if I don't trust you enough to do that, you can find another game tracker.

Too damn old to do it anymore, but I have been occasionaly enlisted to track and find lost pets, which is a kinder, gentler use of those skills.
