Your logical leap of faith seems to be off a rather high cliff, since the article you cited doesn't even say whether he received a flu shot or not.

You might as well say "Ken Ober dead after being killed by assassins from the future!"

I don't even see mention that he GOT a flu shot...ergo, if not something else, it sounds like H1N1 might have gotten him...unless you know something the rest of the world doesn't (and if he HAD gotten a flu shot, I have no doubt that would have been news in the first paragraph!).
