Just for kicks, whose side do you suppose the neo-cons are going to come down on?

I figure they'll back Cheney, because for some reason they still see the old Heartless Wonder as some kind of messiah, while Bush has been tossed onto the dung-heap of history, probably to be remembered forever as one of the worst Presidents in American history.

Besides, Bush isn't likely to run for office, and Cheney technically still can, and I believe his daughter Elizabeth is planning to run for office at some point, so the neo-cons will need to keep the Cheneys "clean", so to speak.

Any dissenting opinions on that call?
