You may remember few years back when a guy got drunk and took a dump on a beverage cart, this guy should have done the same thing. He would have still went to jail, but would have made us all proud.

He should sue, and learn to never plead guilty. Or stay a slave.

I helped a homeless guy in civil traffic court "lose" 2 tickets pro se, file affidavit of indigency and claim homestead exemption, and never had to pay the fines nor court costs by court order. That's a WIN.

The next day KPD retaliated, stalking then literally arresting him for using a public restroom. He spent 10 days in jail. Public defender refused to allow me to testify that the private security guard was not a govt cop, thus a charge of "resisting arrest" was lacking an essential element, and that the criminal trespass charge cannot apply when NO TRESPASSING signs did not exist, and the person was already leaving the building. The judge even threw me out of "his" courtroom for taperecording my own testimony with his permission. PD made him plead guilty to trespass with time served, resisting charge dismissed.

I doubt any lawyer, cop or judge can keep from going insane by working in that loonybin every day.

Yes, 100% insane, but usually very rich, used to buy mass quantitites of alcohol and drugs.

The "public defender" corporate law firm in my story built a giant palace with its no-bid govt contract, far away from its clients in jail inside the literal torture dungeon of the palatial courthouse. Some court-appointed lawyers got paid $1-million PER CASE, per lawyer.

The dungeon was run by a mafia sheriff with 6 criminal convictions for perjury, who rents an airport from a convicted drug dealer, and who confessed to stealing cars with a convicted copkiller. Now he's paid $85,000/year govt pension for the next 50 years of his life. The previous coke-addicted sheriff was jailed for stealing $1-million in vehicles in 24 hours.

Many TV producers and writers are including this level of corruption in their scripts, but hollywood moguls are cancelling their shows as fast as they can.
