The U.S. economy WAS on fire under Bush, for 6 years. Until the Democrats took control of Congress. It's been all down hill since then.

I'm 15 minutes in and I'll say that it's certainly a non-partisan effort. They do a good job of stating up front that they have produced "Some of the most damning films against George W Bush made" and now turn to examine Obama.

*Edit* I've watched all of it, and after some research I have learned that it was made by Alex Jones the leader of the 9-11 truthers. I've never been a conspiracy theorist, and don't beieve that the towers were brought down by demolitions. I will, however, not dismiss this film altogether. It's focus is not in a pro-anti bush or pro-anti Obama direction. Rather it looks at the Oligarchs that run the world. Think of the Blue Sun Corp in my moniker...the REAL power in the verse.
