SIX, people voted for Trump bc he promised an economic revival for working age Americans.

He failed.

SOMEBODY has to address the gap between the ever-wealthier and the ever-poorer. That was the underlying drive for the Trump vote. Instead, he delivered an endless psychodrama of overseas conflicts.

I don't think he's failed.

I think everybody is a bunch of fucking whiners that want what they want immediately and are prone to temper-tantrums when they don't get it.

The Democrats have been ruining this country for generations and they're still fighting every single little step of the way to keep that the status quo.

You don't just fix that overnight. Unless you go full dictator.

He's ended illegal immigration. That's something we can always keep as long as we don't let the Democrats ever take that away from us again.

And I give Trump full credit for the good he's done: ending illegal immigration; getting us out of "free trade" deals; making hash of the WTO; cutting off USAID and NED and other NGOs; calling a halt to woke madness; and (hopefully) easing us out of NATO.

THAT'SA LOT! Kudos!

BUT in order to revive America we need to focus on AMERICA, not Iran (which was never a threat to us), not Ukraine (which was our attempt to "regime change" and break up Russia so our banks would be recapitalized), not Israel (a constant drain); not China (a rival). We should be cutting our "defense" budget IN HALF, not doubling it. We should be holding our MIC'S feet to the fire, making them produce robust combat-ready weapons not prima donnas that need to be babied thru every hour of operation.

And if companies won't invest in actual PRODUCTION - steel, aluminum, machine tools, chips, commodities, consumer products- then maybe the government should do it on the basis of national security.

But Trump, for whatever reason, is bound and determined to meddle everywhere and can't cross his rich buddies.

I'd stop bitching everyday if I were you, Sigs.

What was the alternative?

If Harris had won, we'd have 20 Million more illegals storming our borders right now, and the Democrats would have been well on their way to locking everything down to ensure that they could never lose an election again.

That was ALL destroyed in the last 2 years.

I know that not everything is going the way that I'd hoped when I voted for Trump a 3rd time, but we are unburdened by what would have been.

Stop behaving like a Democrat with the memory of a fucking goldfish and throwing tantrums because you're not getting your entire checklist knocked off in 1.5 years.

I don't give one shit about any grievance anybody has with Trump on either side. I've been told all my life by politicians on both sides that doing what Trump did here wasn't even possible, many of them just laughing off the prospect as if the idea was absurd.

Yeah. I want more. A lot more.

If he hadn't delivered that, I'd be a lot more skeptical of the Administration, but that alone was fucking huge. One of, if not the best thing that I've ever seen a US President do in my entire lifetime.
