Makes sense its a Nordic brand car for driving in tough cold conditions, you don't get much Solar or whatever easy war free stuff in Norway and Finland and Iceland, they are chunky ice cars compared to the small Japanese, French, Italian brands, in the North of Europe you get clouds, rain and snow, also batteries die in cold.

You might put some Solar thing on your car roof in Australia, Spain or Greece or California or Texas, Cuba, Florida, Arabia, Peru, Thailand, Egypt, South Africa...but you don't get that in North Dakota, Idaho, Vermont, Alaska or Canada.

Also what happens when a muzzie does a jihad attack or a crook does a bank robbery, do you have to wait for your police car to be put 'on-charge' before you can use it.
