Unless some seriously crazy shit happened while I was drinking that I don't know about, you've got Frem all wrong. Feel free to enlighten me if you think I've missed something.

I think he was mistaken when he lashed out at Trump, but he was obviously in a bad state with something bad happening to somebody he cared about.

Frem isn't Anti-American. He's anti-authoritarianism. I think maybe he didn't notice when it started coming from the Left instead of from the Right.

This is what I worry about now that the winds of change are blowing. I haven't forgotten how little respect I have for the Republican Party in general, and I also haven't forgotten the shitshow that was the GWB Administration or the tools that they gave to the Obama and Biden* administration to continue to use against the American people in the name of "Safety" either.

The pendulum is obviously beginning to swing the other way. The Left went WAY too far Left. Retardedly far Left. Couple that with the terrible economy and you're looking at the end of the Democrat party's power for the foreseeable future.

That sounds great, if all you remember are the last 14 years, but it really isn't. I fear the over-correction is going to be huge, and life is going to continue getting worse for everyone... just in a different way. You want police? Oh... You're going to get police. They'll be so militarized you'll hardly be able to tell the difference.
