And with you being as abysmally unpopular as you are right now along with your entire Democratic Party, I wouldn't suggest breaking any rules to get your way now and opening the door for the GOP to do the exact same thing and trample over you November 9th.

Democrats aren't going to be in power for decades after what you've been doing. It would not be wise to start setting precedence on dumb shit right before your party is relegated to the sidelines until the middle of the century.

Have fun crying for decades about how there is no Filibuster when the Democrats hold no power and the simple Republican majority sees you lose everything else.

P.S. Maybe instead of trying to change the rules when you don't like them, you should just follow through on campaign promises. It's not as if you didn't have ample opportunity to codify Roe.
