Russians have Murder Rate and Homicide compared to parts of the Middle East and Latin America, Locking down some Russian version of Here's Johnny inside a home for a long winter seems like a bad idea.

No surprise there. The host tells us he has researched the facts and then spews bullshit. He jests about the whole thing. No surprise there. Well we know who isn't buying it. The rest of the world and I'm sure many russians. I will use a small r when spelling russia because it's a second rate country and will remain so until Putin is run out of town. T

By attacking Ukraine, he has alienated the Ukrainian people for generations to come. By saber rattling beyond the borders of Ukraine, he has rejuvenated NATO and given it new purpose. Putin has succeeded in pushing traditional sympathizers in the European community, such as Germany’s foreign minister; they’ve decided that the danger he poses trumps their business interests. Instead of raising Russia’s prestige and national pride, he has turned the country into a pariah state with a tottering economy and declining living standards." http://www.forbes.com/sites/paulroderickgregory/2015/04/20/eus-antitrust-charge-against-gazprom-another-putin-disaster/] T Can Ukrainian Army Continue Its Counter-Offensive?

Quote:THUGR Oops; told you so comrade signym. Told you so. Quote:Curious Number Of Russian Oligarchs Have Died Since Invasion Of Ukraine CAPONCRUNCH: Including killing wives and daughters. He’s just gorging on power - a mass murderer without a real, viable plan other than murder. What does having Donbas do for ANYONE?? Even him? Just EGO. Is he trying to surpass Stalin in murdering his own people? Didn’t he say Ukrainians and Russians were one and the saame THUGR: He is cracking G. He knows his legacy is that of a failed leader. He destroyed Russia and he knows it. What's more, he knows the world knows it as well. I think maybe the oligarchs he is killing he dislikes and doesn't want them celebrating his downfall. He'd rather kill them. SIX: The Dunning-Kruger Effect is strong with this one.

A poem he didn't even know existed until he finally got around to googleing your signature out of boredom so he could make half a dozen dumb posts about it. Meanwhile, Ted isn't delusional. He's stupid. He's rocking a 30 IQ and is barely intelligent enough to wipe his own ass. I admire the forcefulness with which he states his opinions given the fact that time has always proven him wrong about everything.

Second is a hoot, spending two days and half a dozen posts trying to dissect a poem you've quoted and telling you that your interpretation of it is wrong when every single post he has ever made in the real world is the textbook definition of eisegesis that is usually only reserved for televangelists and Jonestown cult leaders. -------------------------------------------------- Me: "Remember Covid?" It seems to me that if outright war developed between the USA and either Russia or China, the USA would lose, and definitely if the USA tried to take both on at the same time. The USA is at least five years behind Russia in "hypersonic" technology (Russia has their hypersonic missiles deployed, the USA is testing various aspects of hypersonic technology right now). This isn't just a recent move to distract from the Afghanistan debacle, because the USA has been trying to use Ukraine, Georgia, and Taiwan as cat's paws since at least May, secretly (and not so secretly) promising support if any of those nations would take on their relevant neighbor superpowers. I guess first of all, those small nations would have to be insane to take that on militarily. THEY would be obliterated while the USA would basically still be safe, risking only those forces that our military chooses to commit. There's no way the USA could provide an umbrella to keep those nations safe. So, more than likely, those small nations' first moves would be political, not military: declare independence, or begin the process of joining NATO. Since those are "red lines" for Russia and China, would their move be military? Because, again, those small nations would be obliterated. Of course, "world reaction" would be strongly against a superpower that destroyed a nation for its politics. Russia would be kicked out from SWIFT. China, too, might be kicked out from SWIFT, unable to spend its trillion dollars of Treasuries and USD. So Russia and China might, instead, try something different: Russia might take the coasts of Ukraine and Georgia and embargo those nations, shutting off gas, energy, and food supplies and all trade, China might do the same to Taiwan.
