Nobody can make you read. When I went to University of Texas in Austin, every class had textbooks to read. If a student didn't read, that did not bother the professor because the professor would be reading only a student's tests. Alright, I read a post lately, and now I cannot find it.

It was either kiki or Sigs, and they mentioned something along the lines of: The vax is not supposed to have 100% effectiveness in preventing a vaxxed person from getting covid. The vax has been shown to both prevent serious illness when the vaxxed do get the covid, and also to prevent death as a result of getting covid. Apparently both of these goals are working, are realized.
These results are assuming the person survives getting the vax.

Please, anybody correct the above statement if it is inaccurately paraphrasing what was posted. Or, better yet, link or specify the post.

If this is correctly paraphrased, then we can refer to this as sales pitch (C). If not corrected, I will add it to the OP.

So, if this is the intention, that getting the vax will not stop anybody from getting the covid ("everybody will get covid"), and it will help reduce the number of cases which become seriously ill, and also that it will prevent death as a result of getting the covid, then what is the problem with others not having the vax?

The vaxxed can expect to get covid, regardless of whether they encounter an unvaxxed.
The unvaxxed are clearly that way intentionally, and want to be.
Everybody who wants to be vaxxed already is.
So what is any remaining problem for letting everybody be free, mingle, live their lives?

I'm not seeing a problem.
Can anybody explain what the further problem is, at this point?

Also, the number of deaths under age 35 is practically nonexistent. So why restrict the most able-bodied from producing work product?
