If Trump's call was actually illegal (ie not an impeachment, which doesn't rely on criminal charges), then it should be pretty obvious, because there will be an actual criminal statute on the books.

After Hurricane Harvey, Haken took down an entire thread about flooding in Houston, probably because the Houston Chronicle objected to their stories being repeated here by me. It's not limiting my rights by taking down copyrighted stories. If I was calling for sedition, as Trump has done, it is not limiting my rights or Trump's to take down those videos. Sedition is a serious felony punishable by fines and up to 20 years in prison and it refers to the act of inciting revolt or violence against a lawful authority with the goal of destroying or overthrowing it.
