Back in September, Mitch McConnell did NOT place that bill on the Senate's calendar because it was $2 trillion, which is too much money helping potential President Biden. By September, Mitch could see that Trump was in election trouble. Mitch did not want to help Biden so Mitch waited until after the election to learn who wins. Now that Biden won, Mitch sure won't be placing that $2 trillion bill on the Senate's calendar. Mitch doesn't need Pelosi's permission to write a compromise bill, but Mitch is doing nothing because that is best for the GOP. The more people in pain, the more Biden will be blamed, not Mitch.
