I think only Trump and Obiden will have won Electoral Votes, so no 3rd candidate will be available.

Each House Delegation (from each State, not 57 States) get one vote.

Well, this shows that if the House elects the next President, there are 28 State Delegations which are majority GOP, and 20 which are Dem, and the 2 ties would likely not matter which way they go.

Also, if everything is correct, then Dems will have 217 seats in the House, and GOP will have the majority with 218.

If Obiden fails to steal GA, WI, AZ, then he could have 269 Electora Votes, an Electoral Tie. Then the House Elected The President.

If the Supreme Court Invalidates the Election in a few States and neither candidate gets 270 Electoral College, then the House Elects the President.

I already mentioned that 28 of the 50 Delegations from the States in the House were GOP Majority, and 20 were Dem Majority.

Reviewing which House Seats the Dems have stolen via continued extended illegal voting after Election Day, I looked at these totals again.

The most likely targets for switching 3 of the Delegations from GOP Majority to Dem Majority were MT, NC, GA. And none of those have changed majority in the past days of Election Theft.

So if SCOTUS invalidates some Elections in States, as has been the remedy in the past (mostly reconstruction), then Trump will still likely win Election from the House of Representatives.

The more that it looks like Electoral Votes might be invalidated, the more it would head this way, The House Electing the next President.

If GOP votes for Trump, he wins by a vote of at least 28-20, with the 2 ties rendered irrelevant.

If MI deletes 16 EV, and PA deletes 20 EV, and AZ deletes 11 EV, neither candidate has 270. All 3 of those states have GOP majority State Legislatures.
